Mr. Danielewicz is an Associate based in Los Angeles. Prior to joining USRG in 2008, Mr. Danielewicz worked at JPMorgan Securities in Chicago focusing on mergers and acquisitions for the General Industries Investment Banking coverage group. Mr. Danielewicz previously gained private equity experience while working for The Carlyle Group's venture fund in Washington, DC, international experience at the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), and gained project finance and power industry experience while in the corporate finance department at John Hancock Financial Services in Boston. As an investment banker, Mr. Danielewicz raised over $20 billion of debt and $7 billion of equity for clients. Additionally, Mr. Danielewicz's investment experience includes structuring, analyzing and closing private debt and equity investment valued at over $2 billion.

Mr. Danielewicz holds an MBA from The McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University and an AB in Economics from Princeton University
