Associates

Mr. Mara is an Associate based in Los Angeles. Prior to joining USRG in 2007, Mr. Mara spent three years as an analyst in the corporate finance department at John Hancock Financial Services in Boston. At John Hancock, Mr. Mara focused on analyzing, structuring, and closing private debt and equity investments in the energy and infrastructure industries. Prior to John Hancock, Mr. Mara worked in a six month internship at Scottish Power in Glasgow, Scotland. At Scottish Power, Mr. Mara worked in the origination and energy trading group.

Mr. Mara holds a BS from Northeastern University in Business where he graduated summa cum laude.
