Associates

Mr. May is an Associate based in New York. While getting advanced degrees at Duke, Mr. May interned with General Electric (NYSE: GE) ("GE") in their Renewable Energy Leadership Program, Carolina Green Energy (local renewable energy developer) and Self-Help Ventures Fund (local sustainable venture fund). Prior to Duke, Mr. May was an Investment Banking Associate at Lehman Brothers, Inc. ("Lehman") in New York and one of the original members of their Sports Advisory and Finance Group. Transaction experience at Lehman included complex structured financings, debt and equity placements as well as M&A advisory for major sports teams and leagues. This included leading the largest sports finance and advisory transaction to date, Dan Snyder's acquisition of the Washington Redskins.

Mr. May holds an MBA and a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University and a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Political Science with a minor in Biology.
